Warranty Registration
Our commitment to quality is more than just talk.
Every Incredibowl is laser-engraved with a unique serial number, allowing us to make sure that your piece works the way it should from the moment you open the case. All of the major parts of the i420 are covered under a Lifetime Warranty*. If any part at any time, breaks, malfunctions, or otherwise has a significant manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the part free of charge pending review of a clear photo of the damage**.
In order to validate your warranty you MUST register using the form below WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of purchase.
You may choose to register with a pseudonym and/or to omit your mailing address at the time of registration, however we ask that valid address information be provided with any future warranty claims so that we can ensure correct shipment of replacement parts.
We will never sell or distribute your personal information under any circumstances.
* The major parts of the Incredibowl i420 include: the Expansion Chamber, the Smoke-Injection Nozzle, BowlArmor, and Annular Purge Carb. The bushings, glass parts and screens are considered wear items and are not covered under our warranty.
** The photo is to verify and document the failure or malfunction. We WILL NOT accept any used pieces in the mail and will discard any that we receive without providing a replacement.
